The Happiness Project: Or Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun by Gretchen Rubin

Did not finish book. Stopped at 10%.
I felt that I could not identify with who the author was, which in turn made me feel as though reading the book was pointless and I would not get anything out of it. I do think there are some helpful tips from what I did read, but I felt that there was a lot of focus on the typical “housewife” life and I don’t lead the “have a husband and kids” kind of life.
