got this one from @thesteamboxco and dove right in — an enemies to lovers romance with HOA drama?! sounds like a netflix movie waiting to happen! 

the main character didn’t personally do it for me (men who love khakis just ain’t it) but there were some amusing moments along the way in this one as collins tried to take nate down in the HOA presidential race while ignoring the tension around their old friendship and whatever went sour along the way. there were a few steamy scenes but it wasn’t overly spicy, and overall, it just felt like a middle of the road, vanilla, surburban kind of romance read! 🙃
