It’s nerve wracking to read book two in an interconnected standalone series when you’ve rated book one five stars.

However, I didn’t need to be nervous about Catching Feelings because this did not disappoint in the slightest.

Viv was such a relatable character and you couldn’t help but push for her to tear down her walls for Reese while also screaming that she needs to protect herself and her heart after all that she’s been through.

And Reese.. Reese was honestly everything I needed as Viv’s love interest and more.
The man was obsessed from the get go and did everything he could to not only get the girl but to also get the girl to love herself and put herself first. He was such a perfect fit for her
