Checked this out on Kindle because I couldn't BEAR where the writers of the Poldark tv show left series 1. (Cliffhanger on a cliff. OMG.) Tore right through it in the space of an hour and a half while sitting on a beach.

To channel Jamie Fraser: I liked it fine.
