This was a lovely book! At first, the plot moved quickly and I felt like I was missing out on understanding the characters and their feelings. I found myself wanting more insight when all of the sudden, the book opened up to inside the characters' minds and became a truly wonderful read with well rounded characters. I look forward to reading more from this series as Bonnie Leon is a new favorite author of mine.
