Just read this stood up all in one go. What a lovely little graphic novel about finding connection through anxiety and depression. I thought the portrayal of intrusive thoughts was particularly good, as well as the way it showed how quickly you can spiral into self-doubt and punishment when you find yourself in crisis. It also somehow achieves the most naturalistic speech I've seen in writing in a while.
Moderate: Mental illness
