The world building, magic, spirit cat and sentient manor were my favorite parts. I definitely laughed at Liska a few times and got frustrated with her but then I remember she is 17. Also, 17? I mean there’s no age gap that will fit with a 700 old woodland man but, was 25 too old to consider? That was my only issue. That and I wish there was more banter and connection.
