This book is such a great genuine authentic memoir. You know that saying you never know what someone is going through? This book is that. This memoir tells his story from early childhood to present day. It starts from the early memories of life in Los Angelos to the big cross country move that brought him to the East coast. There’s so much in these memories and stories. I loved hearing about his first trip to New York. I have loved taking Peloton classes with Cody for that past several years. He’s fun, energetic, tells great stories and just makes exercising fun. This book is everything we love about Cody from the classes with a little more behind the scenes stories and includes the same classic xoxo Cody advice!
