THIS BOOK…. As soon as I flipped to page one, I was hooked. Tiffany took the original story of Carrie by Stephen King and spun it on its heels, incorporating elements that focuses on the ugliness of racism and bullying.
Although you go into the story having an idea of how it ends (if you’re familiar with the original plot), each twist and turn leaves you on the edge of your seat. The inclusion of the podcast, articles, case testimonies, and alternating POVs were clever elements of the story that I think really added to its effect.
Tiffany just became an auto-buy author for me. Definitely add this one to your TBR, if you haven’t read it yet!
