Hmm. I'm not sure how I feel about this one. It set up what could be a really interesting story in the next two books, but I feel like very little actually happened in this one.
There is no romance or spice between the MMCs, but there is some mentions of other scenes happening. This had some pretty serious trigger warnings for those side scenes.
