Wow. Just wow. Definitely the best memoir Iโve ever read by far. Going in I assumed she always hated her mom and that the title was vindictive / triumphant but that is not the tone or message at all, itโs so much more complicated. I love the way she wrote it with everything in the present tense, so we see her thoughts as a 6 year old rather than just hearing how her current self views her past. So incredibly well written, emotional, and raw, and yet still manages to be funny. Completely deserves all the hype and attention it has gotten ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
