Maybe I`m a already bitter and rational growup who cannot appreciate sweet and simple children stories anymore (at least this week.).I loved LIndgren`s another book Ronia`s the Robbers daughter , a gem and in my list of all time favorite books, so this work here is well written but failed in enchanted me with Mio`s adventures in Farawayland.
I thought this story depressing, a lonely life saved by imagination.
