Can someone explain to me what I just read ?

Update : the reaction above was when I automatically finished the book . Since then , I gave this book a little thought and I think maybe maybe mayyyyybe .. I get it ?
I don't know why I'm pretty sure this has to do with Jung's theory of the Common Unconscious , which happens to be a topic I had to write a paper about at Uni !
I definitely do not understand the book as a whole or its literary purpose , but I think I'm starting to feel it !
It's one of those books that should be read and reread many times . It also won't hurt to do a little research about it and read all the theories other readers have come up with !
