Holy cow this book was so freaking good!! I loved book one with Caiden and Bryn but wow Tiernan and Fiona are top tier. I loved their relationship so much. It started out as sex of course but they really developed into close friends, partners, and ultimately lovers. Also the plot was so good. Between the political drama, court happenings and swoony romance, I was absolutely hooked. I loved seeing the characters from the first installment and how they fit into book two. I couldn't wait to read this one and now I feel the same way about book three. I thought the alternating POV's were so good and I really loved being inside each of these character's heads. The spice was GREAT and I expected nothing less honestly. I liked the conversation around the BDSM as well because Maxwell made it spicy but also really informative. The writing was so engaging and I was on the edge of my seat. This a must-read series for sure and I need book three immediately!
