I like that this volume’s arc is mostly self contained. Our protagonist in trying to change the future finds that he needs to help this particular friend by stopping the gang led by this friend’s brother. It’s intense, it’s not perfect, some story beats don’t hit hard enough with the art but it’s mostly well done.
Graphic: Bullying, Domestic abuse, Emotional abuse, Gore, Mental illness, Misogyny, Sexism, Violence, Blood, Grief, Schizophrenia/Psychosis , Gaslighting, and Injury/Injury detail
Graphic domestic violence between siblings is a major element of the storytelling in this volume. Be aware.
