It was so nice to get a refresher on everything around the Iliad, which was a foundational part of my college experience. Stephen Fry does a great job of imbuing the characters with personality, while also streamlining the ridiculously complex history and mythology of the era and the region. The Great Mythology series is becoming an instant-buy for me, because I've enjoyed each book and I hope there are more coming.
