Considering I'm not a fan of 1dt person narration, this turned out to be a really decent book. The concept of the plot was incredibly intriguing. All the science and astrology was both confusing interesting. Weir managed to make physics and everything revolving around space to be attainable for the reader. And the end of the book is very satisfying.
I did find myself somewhat bored throughout the first half of the book, so when a certain event happens around the middle of the book, this story really takes off. I also felt like some of the language and the way the narrator speaks was a little too simplistic and straightforward at some points, but I think I came to appreciate it in the end.
I'd die for Rocky. He makes this book worth it.

Minor: Suicidal thoughts
