Puffin and Penguin by Helaine Becker and Kevin Sylvester [Kids Can Press #gifted]

Puffin is new to New Stork City and he cannot wait to make new friends and show everyone what he is capable of. Being new is not easy though and the buddy he has been paired with, Penguin, is too busy to give him the proper attention. It also doesn't help that no one seems to know what a Puffin in - and think that he is just a weird-looking Penguin. Determined to stay positive and optimistic, Puffin continues to work hard to find his place in this new school - with Penguin by his side.
