There were things I loved and things I sort of didn’t. Like Tryp and Kass I don’t feel like they added anything to the story in terms of their dynamic with Seven. I think the friendship, the conversation, and the support could have been done without adding them to the dynamic smexually. Because most of the time it fell a little flat for me and they got very little development on page with her and since she’s the FMC that was a little distracting. But they were still good supporting characters and helped advance the story at times. But BAYBEE Seven, Gael, and Kenji I loved absolutely every moment of that. It was reminiscent of Bear, Kimber, and Ren which I loved! Bash does such a good job with the personalities of her characters and how they compliment their partner or partners. And the way Gael and Kenji held each other accountable for how they moved with Seven and how they allowed her to express and explore different sides of her was so enjoyable. I would have liked to see a little more on page development in Kenji and how he moved to a place of understanding that Gael was his equal but at least it was there. The dirty talk and spice were exceptional and the scene with Seven and Gael and the “hot pocket” 😮‍💨😮‍💨 As usual Bash owes me nothing and I’m looking forward to all the wonderful stories she will contribute to this sub genre.
