I've flipped back and forth on how I felt about this book every hour since I read it...

In a dystopia where all children are born via artificial means, Amane is the rare one whose parents copulated. This is now viewed as incest since a husband and wife are a family unit. She grows up obsessed with sex and love because of it, experimenting by herself, with others, and finally within a government project designed with the intent to birth and raise healthy happy children.
