Whilst niksen as a concept is an interesting read, the way the book presents it doesn't make for a compelling read. At the end of it, not sure if I know what Niksen is, but surely do know what it isn't. Primarily a meditative , go with the flow sort of stress free living.

The book does a pretty decent job at researching similarities across the globe that talk of similar notions and values.
