“Men want power because it makes them feel good. Women want power because it lets us do things.”

I was captivated by this plot and the characters. The strength of the FMC was awe-inspiring, and the relationship she built with the MMC was beautiful. Overall, a wonderful first book in the series and I can't wait to see where the story goes in the second installment!
