In the way of most graphic novels, I did frequently get lost as to what was happening but the art is so pretty I almost didn't mind. I'm aware that graphic novels are rough for me and so don't usually pick them up and was NOT expecting the size of this one but... wow was it good. Beautiful found family story, gorgeous art, fascinating world.
