This is one of the best books I’ve ever read.
The way that this books explore trauma, healing and practices for healing without coming from a therapist point of view but the client point of view was so powerful and I can see so many people taking away for much from this book.
Highly recommend the Audiobook and also buy the physical copy. I am going to buy the physical copy asap because I need to be able to go back and pull pieces from this book.
CW: author has a note but this is a book about a child who experienced horrific child abuse and neglect so you will hear some of that In the beginning. Proceed with care.
