The Seep is truly strange book about a future dominated by an alien that is really more like a psychedelic, but with feelings and transformative powers(?). The setting and plot is something I will probably never forget, bc of how weird it was. But beneath it all is a touching story about grieving both of loved one and "the good ol' days". I really did enjoy every part of this book, my only complaint is that it should've been longer as to flesh out some of the plot. This was everything and nothing I could've imagined it would be.
