Reasons to Stay Alive was added to my to-read list straight after reading The Comfort Book and as a fan of Matt Haig's writing, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and it is great addition to my bookshelf. His words really speak to me, as if he has translated my tangled thoughts and feelings in my own head and put them onto paper. It allows a greater understanding into mental illness and has gifted me several different perspectives on life. I highly recommend it to anyone who is linked in any way to depression / anxiety. A solid 4/5 stars from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
