I just want to move to Sparrow Falls and make friends with these characters. My heart breaks for Thea and all that she has been through. Everyone should have a ‘Shep’ in their life. Someone who is patient, kind, supporting and gets you to be brave again. Shep was a true golden retriever dream mmc. He had his flaws and worked on them alongside Thea.
I loved the relationship they formed and slowly bringing Thea’s walls down to learn to trust others again. The character depth in these two was amazing. It made me feel so much for them.
The romantic suspense really kicked up the story! I was not expecting all that to happen!
