I did not like how this book is said to be a portrayal of a BDSM...relationship but there is never any mention of understanding between the two parties until it's already happening and the supposed submissive is too far gone in her own lust to really consent to anything.  She doesn't know what she's getting into. There's never a discussion,  of safe words, hard limits, nothing. Also whe he decides he's finally going to have intercourse with her after edging her for two hours, he says " I'm going to have fun training you" and when she questions what he means,  he tells her I'm Master and I say shh. That's exactly when I NOPED right out of there.
