The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren

3.0

I had some highs but low lows with this book. Some of the interaction with the characters, particularly through the middle, was really cute. The entire situation around their fake dating, however, became incredibly mortifying and over the top. The longer it went on, the more cartoonish and immature it all felt.

The "enemies" portion to this was pretty weak, but I did appreciate that at the end, the FMC had a moment of realizing how she was being rather unreasonable about it.

I didn't like the way this Latina woman was portrayed and described. It felt very tropey.
