This was a very insightful book and brings to light what it is to be introverted. Their are multiple examples and references to studies which help understand introversion. It makes you appreciate the qualities and differences of introverts and extroverts and the balance needed when interacting with both types of individuals; in relationships, at work or raising a child who may be introverted.
