Strange. There were things I liked but i didn’t love this book. It enraged me how these husbands treated their wives & when a book makes you feel emotions so strongly you know it’s doing a good job. I wish the vampire killed all the husbands though lol. And this book does a good job of showing how quickly you can be alienated in a tight knit community. Patricia spoke her mind and was cast out so fast, drugged ip by her husband. Wild. An interesting book altogether though.
