I forgot how much I enjoy these silly little monster romances. The slump has been hitting hard but this helped. I’ve missed my monster era and it’s putting me right back in it. I loved to see 2 of the FMC realize they shouldn’t have ended things and they really do love each other, but they just needed a little push. Sweet Ember, you are so loved. The story lines Clio is able to do with these books is really just everything. The happy couples and them all finding their people while also trying to defeat the big scary boss. Its short and sweet and also so much entertainment. I’m curious on what the big boss wants with the other leads. I’m once again sucked in.
