Don’t read this if you have struggled with diet culture or have any kind of trouble with eating or regulating - I’m looking at you AuDHD besties.
Basically the advice is don’t eat anything with sugar in it, and don’t eat pasta, rice or bread more than once per week (and even then, make sure it’s a small serving).
It was repetitive, and I really can’t understand how she expects any person living in this world to actually follow these guidelines. I get cutting down on overly processed things, but when you’re policing which kinds of fruit you can eat, or rice, I think we’ve moved into unrealistic territory.
