I’m a little conflicted about this one. I’m not sure that I liked it as much as I wanted to, but I did like it. There were parts that just didn’t hold my attention. At the same time, the last 60-75 pages really did capture my interest. I was feeling like I might not have retained some parts of the story, but as they came back into the plot, I found that I did retain more of it than I realized. All of that being send, I did enjoy this one, and will likely read the second in the series.
