The 33: Deep Down Dark: The Untold Stories of 33 Men Buried in a Chilean Mine, and the Miracle That Set Them Free by Héctor Tobar
5.0
I loved reading this story. I'm not sure what I was doing in August of 2010, but I don't remember knowing as much about these 33 men and their adventure as I should have. Learning the backgrounds of these men, and trying to keep them all straight, was challenging initially, but after the collapse, it became easier to follow. The story is well known, but the details aren't. I was so pleased to read about how families, companies, and countries united to rescue these men. Definitely a must read with the movie coming out.
