2.5

Phew, this was not one to listen to at work.

Actual stars: 2.5 (but if this is your thing, you'll give it a way higher score)

Format: audio, libro.fm

What I liked: I love the fake dating trope. It's cute, fun, and you know where it is going. Even the awkward embarrassment part of romance novels is understandable because the other person is pretending ... right?

What I didn't like: This is one of those books that is only 15% story and the rest is just spicy scenes. If this is your thing, you'll love it. This isn't my thing, I need more story. I want to know that these two adult DOCTORS are able to use their heads more and think rationally. I realize they are shapeshifters/wolves/whatever but come on.

Did I enjoy it? No. Will you enjoy it? Probably? This just wasn't for me. Also I don't like werewolf stories.

Who I'm recommending this to: All my friends at bookclub who would really just like to read spicy scenes only.
