No one does novellas like Eliza!! I love that this one stuck with the holiday vibe and focused around Halloween. The book literally took place in a haunted house and Eliza made it so hot. I loved that Alice and Dom found each other again (they were both alive and reunited after the college years). I don't really do the spooky stuff and this was just the right amount of spooky. There were ghosts and I liked that the whole story felt so developed even though it was pretty short. The spice was fantastic and Dominic and Alice really brought out the best in each other. I also loved Alice's friendship with Gregory and Luis. This book was cute, dove into a bit of the emotional conversations, and overall was so well done. Can't wait to see what other holidays or anything in general that Eliza will write up next! Thanks to Eliza for the e-ARC to read and review!
