I really enjoyed this book and I was surprised I hadn't read it sooner after enjoying some of Silver's other works. I think the lengthy timeline was such a good move for the story. Watching the friendships, the love stories and the character development over a decade was incredible. It wasn't rushed and I thought the way it was planned was quite enjoyable. Laurie was a fun narrator and I especially liked watching her year after year. I wish there would have been more of an epilogue after all these events, but I did still like how the book finished. It was also cool to see multiple settings. It made the book feel less stagnant than I expected it to be. Overall, this was super cute, I loved the vibes and I'm glad it made its way on to my radar sooner than later.
