The Love of My Afterlife by Kirsty Greenwood
4.0
I loved this book! I didn’t know too much about it going in and I’m so glad. I loved Delphie, she’s hilarious and witty without ever realising it and her relationships are so heartwarming - I loved the growth of her character. I think the supporting characters really make this book there are so many wonderful characters who pop up throughout and carry the plot!
But I know you want to know about the romance - I loved it! It’s like a homage to romcom tropes without being cringe or over the top! It’s really cleverly put together and they’re one of my favourite couples!
About halfway through I pieced together a few of the plot points but I was never fully certain which is not something I usually say about a romcom! It was heartwarming and uplifting - perfect if you’re looking for something joyful and funny!
