It started off really good, and the primal was excellent. 

But then it felt like I was reading a whole other book. The drama took up a lot of the book and I found myself skimming a lot. Idk if it’s bc the spice is at the beginning, then drama in the middle/end, then some spice in the epilogue, but my brain was not having it.
