Teddy by Emmy Sanders

5.0

This series always delivers with sweet and lovely contemporary stories. I really liked Malibu, and this one might be up there with it as another favorite of the elite 8 studios books

It may have been naive of me but I didn't read the tropes at the end of the blurb and was expecting a sweet, simple woke up married contemporary. THEN suddenly Teddy and Kip just decided to whip out the daddy/doll dynamic and smack me over the head with 5 star spice. The caretaking elements were on point and the entire dynamic felt so genuine and full of love. I absolutely adored every minute I spent reading it.

I'd say this is very low angst but it does an excellent job keeping the plot going. There are some little stressors but overall it's simply about Teddy and Kip and how they fall in love completely with each other. I thought it was great and am so glad I took the time to read it.
