Zero Repeat Forever by G.S. Prendergast

5.0

This book is the thing I’ve been searching for a long time: a truly original YA post-apocalyptic. No insta-love, no simple answers, no easy endings for anyone. This book is more real than most realistic YA fiction, and I say that as someone who doesn’t read a lot of sci-fi. The plot is agonizing and gut-wrenching and stars a kick-ass female lead that doesn’t act like a twit or as if the person who wrote her has never met a kick-ass girl in real life. Pick it up. Pick it up now.
