This book had me snort-laughing all throughout! It was hilarious. Galvin was an absolute menace but he was so ridiculously funny! As were Jim, Liz, Jenny and Drew.
Carter was a sweetheart. And Claire was an amazing main character.
I really enjoyed how the book kept things real. The first time having sex wasn't great, Claire loved her son to bits but sometimes she just wanted to give him away to the gypsies... It was honest. No fairy-tale, rose-colored-glasses bullsh*t. In real life things are hard sometimes and messy. And that's what this book wanted to show.
Claire's embarrassing moments cracked me up. And I loved all the Claire-Liz interactions. They made a great BFF pair.
I'm not sure if I'm gonna be reading the next book, cause I kinda liked how this one ended. Guess time will tell!
