Ugh this book had so much potential. I liked it but didn’t love it. It did a pretty good job at depicting aspects of mental health which I really liked. And the MMCs were very lovable. I just wished we had more of a resolution. I can see why the author wrote it the way she did. But my personal preference would have been to see the MCs (whose pov it’s told from) go through steps towards dealing with his mental health concerns. We talk a lot about it and then bam, next thing you know it’s the epilogue and we’re told he somehow made it into therapy. Like ok….but I want details. I want to know how he got to the point of making a change. But again, just my preference. I liked it. But just wanted more.
