Personal Ratings : All The Stars In The Galaxy
I can't fathom how to start the review of this book.
This book is magnificently written. Its written in such a way that you're intrigued from the start.
The novel is not written in a conventional way. It consists of exchanges of messages, written memos and journals. Imagine reading a big case file, but, its filled with character and depth.
The book would defintely make to the my top 2020 reads. The whole story is written so beautifully. I love the characters in the book. Take angsty teenagers trying to save basically a whole colony's existence, and add in a touch of action, a sprinkle of romance, a pinch of galaxy-battles and spaceships, a hint of man-made virusess and a whole load of action-packed battle. Its overwhelming but its also very engaging.
I love the characters in the book. How can you fall in love with characters by just reading dialogues of them with each other you may ask? But, the authors had done a wonderful job of making the characters lovable. I love the main antagonis, Kady Grant. She's only 18, but she's super smart, super intelligent and also just a whole girl crush! Even during the time she was at her most vulnerable, she shone through. All the female characters in this book are such girlcrushes and I love that this book entails that the girls here are not whiny and bimbos. They're strong, independent women that can par up to any man which makes it even a better book.
Special love to my love James McNulty (read: McNaughty) <3 Gosh you deserve the whole galaxy.
Pick up this book if you can. You would not regret it at all. Its magnificent and I can't even rate this book because its just that good!
