This book just pissed me off so bad. It started off strong and interesting and weird (as promised by its synopsis) but the latter third of the book, where everything is explained, ended up being boring and painfully anticlimactic. What the hell was that ending? Also, the character work for the main protagonist is virtually nonexistent and I physically couldn’t care less about her or her situation or her apparent character arc.
