Acts of Service by Lillian Fishman

4.0

If you like stories about flawed women exploring their own madness and poor decision-making, then this is a totally immersive story. The characters (except maybe Olivia) were uncomplicated, but put themselves in a complicated situation time and time again. The plot was very thrilling at the end, yet somehow landed without any resolution or new insight. The writing about sex and desire is 10/10. I felt like this was less of a story and more of an art piece. I loved it.
