The Goddess Inheritance by Aimée Carter
3.0
I didn't expect much from The Goddess Inheritance . Although I had not read the others (the previous books) recently, I remembered enough to know that Kate was annoying.
All her plans fall through. Every single one of them. Is not possible to create a plan that will not end in some horrendous pile of crap making everyone you love miserable along the way? And if you can't, at least stop after the 5th time. NO NEED TO KEEP TRYING. Listen to people who KNOW and somewhat learn from their plans. Seriously.
The saving grace was Milo. I frikkin love Milo. And Kate's love for Milo was wondrous. It made me happy.
Poor Ava, the poor child- she has no luck. Callopole (can not spell her name -__- ) is a bitch. Hope she does.
I feel bit bad for the big old Titan, but then again.. He got rid of Athens! I mean come one. Athens!!! What did Greece ever do to you?
I still love Henry/Hades, he is the only character in this book (I feel) that is like his true self- the one I would imagine to be. He makes me jiggly goo.
Basically. I liked the men in this book (somewhat) and Kate needs to grow some wise balls.
Other than that.. I'm just glad this series is over and I can finally lay Kate down into the Underworld, and not think of her for a LONG LONG time.
