The Color of Compromise: The Truth about the American Church's Complicity in Racism by Jemar Tisby

5.0

I rarely read books twice but I did with this one! It allowed me, as a white presenting Christian, to wrestle with how I have been complicit with my white supremacy theology and therefore racism within the church. It allowed me to realize and admit the active role I need to take in dismantling racist foundations within the church, rather than just push the issue back to my ancestors who were complicit in their formations.
