Not in Love by Ali Hazelwood

4.0

I find that Ali Hazelwood's typical plots of quirky STEM petite FMCs who fall in love with stoic giant men can get a little stale. I like that she tried something different with Not In Love (they're both tall!) by writing a more erotic romance than a straight rom com. I liked the characters and their chemistry felt real and earned as they continued to bond over their life troubles. But I didn't feel like the side plot of Rue's conflict with her brother, it felt a little underdeveloped and rushed to conclusion. Overall this was a fun read.
